If you weren't able to attend our Green Festivals in DC and San Francsico this year, or if you attended but just couldn't catch all the speakers, you can listen to all of the 2006 speakers at our recently launched Green Festival Radio.

Pulling together audio from both Green Festivals – Co-op America's joint program with Global Exchange – Green Festival Radio is a great way to enjoy a few quiet hours of your winter vacation learning about what's working in the green economy.

• Together in 2006, we made powerful advances for people and the planet.  Here are just a few examples of what we've accomplished together over the past year, thanks to you:
   
• We convinced several major magazines to commit to recycled paper – saving forests, energy and endangered plants and animals.  Your joining in our campaigns to tell magazines that their readers expect them to print on recycled paper makes this happen.
• We got real commitments from corporations on reducing greenhouse gases and advancing renewable energy.  Your signing on to our e-newsletter Climate Actions puts pressure on these corporations to make real change.
• Our work to advance Fair Trade is helping families in hard-hit areas around the world – in Afghanistan, Africa, and Central America.  Every Fair Trade purchase you make – coffee, chocolate, rice, crafts – helps families keep their farms, raise their families out of poverty, send their children to school, and work together to create sustainable communities.
• Here at home, our Community Investment campaign channeled millions of dollars to the Gulf Coast communities rebuilding in the wake of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.  Our members taking up our 1% in Community pledge – putting 1% of their savings and investments into community investments – makes this possible.
• Together, we're helping people, businesses and communities everywhere go green – this year, more than 60,000 people came to our Green Festivals, more than 100,000 people received our National Green Pages™ and more than 2 million people used our Web sites and newsletters to learn more about green living, purchasing, and investing.  Every green step you put into action makes a difference!
