Oh the lazy days of summer....the sun is shining and  a slight breeze is blowing...the birds are feasting on my blueberry bushes...but who can blame them, as they are delicious this year.  I guess it's God's way of feeding the "sparrows" :-)

Laundry is finished and put away for another day....Supper this evening consisted of beef roast, potatoes, steamed broccoli, deep fried Squash and fresh tomato salad.

Anika is learning so much these days about cooking...she wanted to make the blueberry pie and she did a great job. While dh and I sat on the deck and discussed our day, the kids served us our dessert and coffee.
