Ok, not sure what to title my blog.

• 2006-Feb-9 - I've had a fun week!

Unfortunately I didn't get any comments on my last post so hereÂ’s a new one!

This week I've been helping my uncle and aunt get settled into their new home. they're pretty much completely moved in; we just have a lot of organizing to do.

Yesterday, after finishing all our work for the day, we went out to the back yard and shot my dads 410 shotgun. It was great fun!

That evening we rented a movie (some dumb Western my aunt chose) and bought some root-beer float material and a big bag of Milky-Way candy!

This morning my cousin Coie woke me up to show me how much snow there was outside. So, we all got up, built some snow men, filled them with dynamite and blew them up! It was awesome! Then we got into a big snowball fight (it was freezing)!

We're already planning a big paintball war for tomorrow.

So, thatÂ’s my week (at least the fun part)!

In all my life I've never thought of blowing up a snowman. I guess because I live in AL and in all my life here I've only built about 3 snowmen.....BUT....I'm going to make sure I keep some fireworks (will that work??) on hand just to try this out.

Ok, if we get lots of snow tonight and tomorrow, I know where I'm bringing Jenna and Ian to play! By the way, I think the puppies are sooooo cute. Man, I wish I could take one, but my husband says no .... sniff, sniff ....

i couldn't sign in. this is the first time i've commented on a homestead blogger page so it was confusing. guns and dynamite all in one day!? you had a very destructive day. but how do you like the snow? didn't you live in california before? we got a teensy bit of snow today and we live in southern arkansas. snow is always a bit of a treat for us.

Hi there. Is your weblog supposed to have a black background? It's very hard for me to read the red writing. Is it possible for me to change the writing to another colour before reading it?

By the way, pack some of the snow and send it frozen to my son. He wants to make snowmen and it will never snow in Singapore.

hmmm... The only thing I can think of (for the question about changing my font color) is to hightlight the text. But since you are the second person to mention the bad choice of color, I might chage it.
